Although, we may have your order drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, you are purchasing from Farm-Way, not the manufacturer. All returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed by Farm-Way. The only information shared with the manufacturer is the shipping address and the product, style and size they are to ship. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Every effort is made to keep our website current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at farmway@charter.net OR call us at 1-800-222-9316. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or no longer available, you will be notified by email.
Return Policy Requirements:
Must have sales receipt, tags and in original brand new conditionfor refund, credit or exchange within thirty days from date of purchase. -All footwear must be unworn and in the original box. You must have a receipt dated within thirty days from date of purchase. -Socks, swim wear, underwear & long john bottoms (whether worn or unworn) are not returnable. No exceptions. -Final sale items purchased are not returnable for credit or exchange. -Gift Certificates are not returnable for cash.* Items purchased as Holiday Gifts between October 15th and December 24th are due back by January 25th and must meet above requirements.
Internet Sales Return Requirements: -Must meet return policy requirements listed above -Shipping Charges are not refundable -Free Return Shipping* Packages shipped via UPS inside the 48 states will include a UPS return label. In order to use it you will need to be able to take the package to a UPS drop off location for shipping. In order to be credited for the item it will need to be in brand new condition, with all packaging and labels attached. Please include your name, phone, address and a copy of the receipt.
