I had been looking at Arborwears clothing for some time. I own a vest which was purchased for me. I wear it quite a bit in the fall, winter and spring. I purchased two pair of these canvas flannel lined jeans and I am quite satisfied. The pants are rugged, warm and stitched together very well. When I wear them it feels like I have some protection on my legs. I know I don't climb a lot of trees now but if I did these are the pants for the job. I do work outdoors a lot and these are the pants for me.

Kuhl phased out its first gen kollusion jacket but Vermont supplied it still!!! I’ve had my first one for 10 years and so now I needed a new one. This one with the visible buttons and great color texture, is so much better than the new version which is cut too roomy. Unlike active outdoor apparel brands, a lot of clothing companies stitch there clothing disproportionately wide these days, the fat look trends now; yuck! But this is a durable, practical, and handsome asset that most importantly fits me! Im so happy to have found it on Vermontgear! Thank you!

After having been scammed by a Fake Danner Boots website, I was hesitant to attempt another purchase. I was able to find the model and size of Danner boots I needed at Vermont Gear, clear across the country from me. They had two pairs, and I asked the gal on the phone to actually "lay hands" on them to confirm their existence. She laughed, but obliged me. I bought them, and they arrived at my home in Washington state a mere four days later! My 2013 Sundowners finally died during this past big snowstorm in Texas. I knew they were worn out but the Gore-Tex was gone and my old boots leaked. I looked at several other options but finally decided to stay with Vasque Sundowners. Back in 2013, I had to order a 9 Wide to get them to fit with my heavy-weight hiking socks and liners. I used them during my past three treks to Philmont Scout Ranch, Scout campouts, and everyday wear. They held up relatively well for the past 6 years. After reading some reviews about the new version of the Vasque Sundowner, I had some concerns about what size to order to replace them. I called Vasque, took their advice, and ordered them true to size. I wear a 9.5 shoe and ordered my new 2021 Sundowners in a 9.5 regular width boot. They fit like a glove! Outside of the normal break-in tightness, they fit perfectly with my Smartwool PhD heavy-weight socks and liners. I am extremely happy with my new Sundowners and can't wait to put many miles in them! Also, my online purchase process, customer service, and order fulfillment time with Vermont Gear was awesome!

I had these pants in another color and ordered these because I did like them. The order filling was fast and accurate, but the pants were defective. I didn't realize this until, after wearing them, it was pointed out to me. The overlap of the waist band creates a noticeable bump under T shirts or tanks, drawing embarrassing attention.

I love these boots! They are perfect for wet, snowy days and stylish enough to wear to work. I wear a size 6 1/2 and find that they are just slightly larger which is perfect for wearing with thicker socks on cold days. Very comfortable!
