These boots are made to last with high quality materials. As an ordinary leather boot, it takes time to break it in. The thinsulation is by far excellent. I have purchases this model 4 times in a row. It's just how much I really like them. \n\nI was recently informed this model has been discontinued by Chippewa Boots unfortunately. I hope they bring it back at some point. Excellent boots!!!
