Shipping and Return Policy


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: All returns, exchanges, or refunds are processed by Farm-Way, Inc. The following requirements apply:


Must have sales receipt, tags, and be in original brand new condition.

Must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the item(s).

Holiday Gifts purchased between October 15th and December 24th must be returned by January 25th.

Footwear must be unworn and in the original box. A receipt dated within 30 days is required.

Swimwear, masks, underwear, and long john bottoms (worn or unworn) are not returnable.

Final sale items are not returnable for credit or exchange.

Gift certificates are not returnable for cash.

Internet Sales Return Requirements:


Must meet the general return policy requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Include your name, phone, address, a copy of the receipt, and specify whether you want a return or exchange.

You are responsible for return shipping.

Return Procedure:


Package the item and return it to the address: 286 Waits River Rd - Bradford VT 05033.

Choose a shipping method of your preference and keep a copy of the tracking information.

It is recommended to insure the package to cover the product's cost.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Allow one to two business days for return processing, and refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

If you are returning an item for exchange, include a note specifying the desired color/size.

Free Shipping: Orders over $99.00 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is provided by UPS or USPS. To have UPS as a selectable option during checkout, you must enter a UPS street address.


Exclusions: Some items on the website are not eligible for free shipping due to their size and weight. These items are marked on the product page.
