Shipping and Return Policy
All returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed by Farm-Way, Inc. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Every effort is made to keep our website current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call 1-800-222-9316. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or no longer available, you will be notified by email.
Outgoing packages may be sent insured and adult signature required.
Return Policy Requirements
Must have sales receipt, tags and in original brand new condition for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days from the day you receive the item(s).- Items purchased as Holiday Gifts between October 15th and December 24th are due back by January 25th and must meet above requirements.
-All footwear must be unworn and in the original box. You must have a receipt dated within 30 days from date of purchase.
-Swim wear, masks, underwear & long john bottoms (whether worn or unworn) are not returnable. No exceptions.
-Final sale items purchased are not returnable for credit or exchange.
-Gift Certificates are not returnable for cash.

We do not use a RA# system for returns so you will simply need to package the item back up and return it to our address 286 Waits River Rd - Bradford VT 05033. You may send the package back however it is easier for you and we suggest you keep a copy of your tracking information and insure the package to meet the products cost. Return shipping cost are your responsibility and if you have any questions please feel free to send us an email to email@example.com or give us a call at 1-800-222-9316. Please allow one to two business days for return processing with refunds going back to the original payment method. If you are sending the item back for an exchange simply include a note stating what color/size you would like us to ship back to you.
