Shipping and Return Policy

Free shipping on orders over $79.00 is for the continental U.S. and delivered by UPS. You must enter a UPS street address in order to have this as a selectable option during checkout. There are some items on our web-site which are not eligible for free shipping due to size and weight. These items are marked on the product page of the items.

All returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed by Farm-Way, Inc. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Every effort is made to keep our website current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at sales@vermontgear.com or give us a call 1-800-222-9316. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or no longer available, you will be notified by email.

Return Policy Requirements

Must have sales receipt, tags and in original brand new condition for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.- Items purchased as Holiday Gifts between October 15th and December 24th are due back by January 25th and must meet above requirements.
-All footwear must be unworn and in the original box. You must have a receipt dated within 30 days from date of purchase.
-Socks, swim wear, underwear & long john bottoms (whether worn or unworn) are not returnable. No exceptions.
-Final sale items purchased are not returnable for credit or exchange.
-Gift Certificates are not returnable for cash.
