First time that I have purchased anything from Vermont Gear. It was a great experience. Found the item in the right size at a very good price. Item was shipped and delivered quickly with normal delivery. Easy purchase-Excellent service.

I bought these slippers at Farmway earlier this year. I liked them a lot. After 10 months, the stitching that attaches the sole to the top of the slipper has broken and the sole is detached from the slipper in the front. I tried to return them yesterday and Farmway would not take them back. The salesperson told me that this was "normal wear and tear". I disagree. $79 slippers should last for years, not months. I am very disappointed in Farmway. I am a regular customer and have always had a good experience there until now.
